Mr. Yee is your friendly-neighborhood triad dues collector. Unlike what most people expect from triad gang members, he's charismatic with a professional demeanor. Mr. Yee provided exceptional service as a public representative the White Dragon Triad and their interests with sharp poise. He's not one to use violent tactics, but he isn’t above using manipulation against people.

Mr. Yee is assigned in an area of Little Taipei District containing the Grand Central Night Market and Nomad Apartments. He has worked with Malcolm since he took ownership of the apartment complex.

After the Blue Tiger vigilante attacked his men, Mr. Yee is ordered to find and eliminate them. Instead, Mr. Yee has plans to not only identify the vigilante, but to offer them a deal they can't refuse.
